Where is FRED THE RED??

Why isn't one of the most iconic mascots of football not included in season 4 act II objectives ladder? 

Some of the other teams have two mascots to choose from, yet not one is available for MANCHESTER UNITED. 

Before people do, please keep your comments about the team to yourselves, as I'm not writing a post to allow people to comment about which team is greater than the other.
