Why is this game so broken?

EA why is this game so broken and still able to be available to purchase and play?

My game on PS5 crashes or freezes every single time I play it. Every, single, time.

The UI breaks after I play one game and I get a notification of an objective being completed, cards turn into coins and then when opening packs there is just blank cards, you can't see what players are in the packs. The only way to resolve this is to restart the game.

This happens every time I play the game. Why has this not been patched yet? I can't be the only one this happens to.

Also, when I enter into a game and if my opponent leaves before the game starts the game also freezes, and I have to restart again.

I won't mention here all the broken mechanics in the game as there is already another thread for that.

I'd like to know how can you be taking money off customers for a game that is clearly not fit for purpose?
