Will I keep founder status if I Switch platforms

I play on pc and i have founders status. I got a PlayStation a couple months ago and wanted to switch platforms eventually but im scared of losing my founders status. I understand that my team will not cross over but since founder status is tied to the account i was hoping it carries over. just want to know if my accounts are linked from pc to playstation, what features carry from pc to playstation and what do i lose.
