Wrong points bought

I make a mistake, I bought 1050 fifa points for FIFA 23 but i eant to bought for EA FC 24. Could you help somebody? Thanks for your answer.

    Hello @sivroli, 

    unfortunately, there's no way of transferring points after. You'll have to use them in FIFA 23 or just let them be, as we cannot help you with this issue.

    Thanks for your quick answer. I working now but at home I have both EA game. In my console, can I transfered these points?

    No, if you bought FIFA points, you will only be able to use them in FIFA and not EA FC. As I said, you cannot transfer the points from FIFA to FC.
