Wrongful transfer market ban
I got a transfer market ban 10 days ago, i opened a case (Case No. 193796165) with EA since that date & they are sending me ‘still investigating’ mail everyday without any clear action to resolve the ban or give a reason for it noting that i didn’t breach any of the EA policies to be banned.
they even put an objective in the game to get a transfer market access & i finished it (attached a photo of the objective) & still can’t access the transfer market.
i need to escalate this issue to a higher level as it seems that the customer support & customer experience teams can’t handle, so please advice.
