Wrongfully Transfer Market Banned

I bought the game when it was on sale, after they had the three free days of access, just after Christmas for PC. I started my new account and played, completing most of all the objectives as fast as possible to get as many coins/packs as possible for TOTY. So, I bought many bronze cards, sold them repeatedly, and instantly listed them, as there was an objective of buying 500 players and listing 1000. I did this and saw a message stating something about not breaking any transfer market rules, I didn't think anything of it, considering I was buying and selling bronze cards. About an hour or so after I saw that message and continued to buy and sell bronze players, I couldn't access the transfer market. I had thought, "Oh maybe it's just a temp ban for buying so many players so quick."

This was not the case. I had been market-banned. I checked my email and ban history on ea.com, seeing nothing. I had no record of a ban, and I didn't receive any email stating I had been banned. I instantly went and put in a ticket about this issue and they responded saying they took the correct actions and nothing was resolved. I decided to take a break after this, for about two months, I returned and was still market-banned. So, I put in another ticket and they said they took the correct actions and didn't give me any reason. I have mentioned that I see no ban history or email and it doesn't matter. 

What are the next steps to getting unbanned? I feel at a loss and doubt anything will be done. I have yet to receive a real reason for my market ban, other than the typical, "you broke TOS." 

I'm curious what I can do to attempt to get this issue resolved. Any response would be great, thank you.
