You lost your connection to your opponent - Rivals FUT

"You lost your connection to your opponent". 
This promt shows whenever I tried to play FUT Rivals mode. Every other online mode works properly.

I have contacted FIFA support and they said that I am not the only one with this issue and that they are working on solving it: 

"I have checked with the internal team regarding the issue you're having with EA SPORTS FC 24 and got to know that we've been receiving multiple reports of players where the same problem has been highlighted and considering the same, it seems to be an emerging issue, which is the reason, our team has already started taking this into consideration and doing the needful to sort this out. Looking at the current scenario, I can assure you that this won't take much of the time and you will get something better for all this inconvenience you faced."
