YouTube pro Live viewship rewards still not awarded

I've had the same thing and pretty much been told tough nothing they can do I didn't work for them yet my twitch rewards tell me I clearly have yet in game I don't have them they don't want to deal with it I spend 2 months emailing for a fix.
