Despite never opening the game it says my EA play trail has expired. I have spent £5.99 to play the game early and it will not let me.

Hello im here to ask helping me of a problem I don’t know what to do i buy standard game and i have ea play access and when i join game they tell me it already your trial expired

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log onto the game on an xbox series s and buy the standard edition with ea play, then claim your free 10 hour trial and log in to the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? A message pops up saying my trial time is up and then it kicks me out the game when i press ok
What should be happening instead? I should be able to log onto the game and play for 10 hours until next friday

I bought the standard edition of FC 25 and was expecting to use my free 10 hour trial, however when i log on, as soon as i connect to the ea servers a message pops up saying 'Thank you for trying the EA play trial version of FC 25. Unfortunately, your trial time has expired' Im not sure why this is happening as i havent even played a single minute.

It’s horrible it’s happening to me as well do u know how to fix this?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log onto EA FC with the EA play trial. It’s not at all compliant.
What happens when the bug occurs? A pop up comes up saying my trial has expired. I have not played it at all yet.
What should be happening instead? The game should be functional, I got EA play exclusively for the 10 hour trial and it doesn’t work.
