Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

3. Watched stream on twitch and YouTube 1st day. On twitch I seen it within 40 minutes, than went to YouTube watched 2+ hours there and didn't get reward automatically.

4. Get reward for 15 mins 1rst day on twitch, when realized, that I get nothing from youtube. Next day(03.11) I used twitch, coz it's working. 

5. Started to watch from 02.11.2024, 19.00 GMT+2, watched till the end. 

Ich habe meine Konten verknüpft. Die Belohnungen vom Samstag  auch bekommen. Nur die vom Sonntag nicht obwohl Ich von ca. 18.30 bis zum Ende auf YouTube geschaut habe. 

Mitteleuropa ist die Zeitzone.

I have watched both days of the EAFC Pro Tournaments and claimed all four rewards in my inventory on twitch, both my YouTube and twitch are linked to my EA account. Which have been ticked off in their respective objective groups. But I do have a problem, Where I have received the rewards for Day two of the broadcast I have not Received day one. I've been trying to find a way to contact a live chat member but the help article on how to do it is inaccurate. Attached is the FCPro Objectives I have received.

I claim the rewards in inventory twitch drops 

but it did not find it insider fc25

I have watched it more than 1 hour on twitch as well and still no rewards…

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Objective Task2 to 4 has not been granted to my account, although I have watched more than 60 minutes of the FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Day 1 and  2. i have watched it on YouTube.
What happens when the bug occurs? No reward is given
What should be happening instead? I should be receiving the Task 2 to 4 reward.
