Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards
Hi
I received the pack for watching the stream but not the 250 SP if though it shows as claimed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These are the details for my case:
- Gamertag: PTZmaurisq
- Platform: PC
- Summary of the issue: Claimed the rewards of the second day of stream on Twitch, didn't get the rewards in-game. Day 1 worked fine.
- Potential reproduction steps: Rewards not in game
- Timestamp (Date, exact time, and timezone) when you claimed the objectives: November 3rd, 2024. Around 11:30 am GMT-6
- Screenshot showing the status of your rewards on your account: Images attatched, showing I claimed on Twitch, and objectives not completed for day 2
I am writing to report a bug related to the FC Pro Season 1 objectives I completed the Twitch viewing requirement by watching Day 1 and Day 2 streams, and I successfully claimed the rewards. However, I have not received the rewards in game

summary of issue- watched both streams for two hours claimed both rewards each day on twitch as the notifications popped up but have still not received the rewards in ea fc 25. I have the packs from linking ea with my twitch and YouTube so I know it’s linked correctly. but still have not received any of the rewards in game.
timestamp- first two hours of each stream each day (nov 2nd 2024 12am-2pm) (nov 3rd 2024 12am-2pm)

I have received the FC Pro Open Global Qualifier Day 1 rewards but I haven't received the rewards from Day 2 although I have watched over 2 hours of the livestream. I have confirmed that my YouTube account is linked to my EA account and I have received the rewards from the first day. I am asking this question since I have already tried contacting EA support via E-Mail and have not received an answer. I hope someone can help
