On November 7th at around 12 am I purchased a Trailblazers Trinity Rodman for around 900,000 coins, which at the time was more than 100,000 coins under what the card was selling for at the time. I was ecstatic as I was about to gain a significant amount of coins for pretty much free. This excitement was completely nullified when I checked my transfer list (where I stored this item) and found that it was no where to be seen. I frantically checked through my club and I even went to the companion app to check if I accidentally quick sold the card, it was no where to be seen. I then proceeded to use the EA Player Help Services to chat with an advisor. After chatting with now 5 advisors, I have continuously been told to remain patient. When I mentioned that I would be missing out on the original profits that I would have been guaranteed had the card not completely disappeared I was told countless times that there was nothing they could do to compensate me. This and the countless hours spent searching for answers has left me beyond upset. I hope this issue can be resolved swiftly, and fair compensation is issued.
P.S. (I only selected SBC's as the mode as the transfer market is not an option)
