Missing New player quests/rewards

@EA_Gunner I personally know a lot of people who were also level 85 when New player quests came out and got all the rewards. So it was intended that some players will get, say, about 20k shard shop currency, and the other players will get nothing? As far as I know, there was also compensation for people who bought Lightspeed bundles. Is there no compensation intended for my case?

@EA_Gunner The description of Update 6/20 on the SWGOH forum doesn't explicitly state how the shard shop currency was granted, so I'm assuming now you're not exclusively referring to those who bought Lightspeed bundles (which I didn't buy). Unfortunately, as I pointed out earlier, after the update came out with New player quests, I only got two or three quests, and after that I didn't get any new quests / rewards for them / shard shop currency / etc.

we were promised that everyone who hits level 85 on or after may the 22nd would receive the same rewards as well

I'm in the same boat as you.

When the new player update came out I was level 84, the update happened I got 3 quest completed that leveled me up to 85 and outside of the rewards for those quests I got nothing outside of one new quest.

I didn't get anything the following patches/fixes and under the assumption that the new fix was coming out but I've read some responses that day there isn't any more issues and seemingly done looking into the issue. I also never bought the hyperdrive bundle and never got the stated rewards that the update would come with to new players.

Same thing happened with me.

I hit level 85 on June 4, and received none of the new rewards. I never purchased any of the bundles. I have been waiting for the data pull that was supposed to be coming, but have still not received anything.

I am still missing the message containing the new player experience rewards. Not sure why since I was under level 80 when the update came, though I have since hit 85 so that might be why I was skipped when the fix went out. I have seen others get the rewards, and heard some have gotten both the rewards and the quests so now I am behind those who started after me since they got the free items that I missed. My ally code is 461-695-828. Please help with this since the in game help told me they can't do anything which makes no sense.

Any update on these issues?

A quick glance at my account will show that I leveled to 85 on 6/4 but still don't have either Anakin's eta or the y wing unlocked. So I could not have received the quest rewards.
