@EA_Aljo so is EA claiming that the failure to access transfer market for the many that are denied access on web/app is not a bug? Despite the fact that we’ve played the game just like everyone else and did everything necessary to get the access? Oh, and paid the same amount of money for a lesser product??

I have no intention of hijacking this thread, but I would really like to know what EA is doing to fix the app issue that appears to be plaguing many users who have played this game regularly for over a month - @EA_Aljo New thread started:

playtime is still showing 0 matches. Still no transfer market access.
this is a BUG! A DEFECT! How and when will this be fixed??

Playtime is also broken and not registering my matches, which I suspect is relating to me not getting access to transfer market despite playing regularly for over a month.
Again, I have no ban and no multiple accounts. I completed all foundation objectives and SBCs.
Do not ignore me! I need assistance! Is there gonna be a fix soon?
the list of dissatisfied and ignored customers just keeps growing…. Will we get a fix?
At this point, just acknowledging the issue and saying “we’re working on it” would be great!
Well can you do something about it because this game is unplayeble without the market

Is there an estimated timeline for when these issues will be resolved, or could you at least provide an update on any progress made so far? I've been following this matter for some time, and with all due respect, there haven't been any productive conclusions or effective workarounds. The only "workarounds" offered so far involve instructions to "complete the objectives" or links outlining steps to unlock the transfer market. We have read and followed these steps, but despite our efforts, nothing has worked.If you require any proof, I am more than willing to provide it. People have paid for this game, and it's now been over a month without any substantial updates. Please advise!

Yes, the market in both the game and the app remains locked even after completing the foundation objectives. Furthermore, I have gone beyond the required objectives, completing everything possible, including playtime, active days, daily matches, maintaining a good standing account, and more.

Could you please provide an update on the progress made so far? Additionally, could you explicitly clarify whether this issue is fixable? Has this matter been escalated to the appropriate "Bugs and Glitches" team, or is it being continuously treated as a "community matter"? It is not. The transfer market plays a significant role in Ultimate Team, and its functionality is critical. I am beginning to question whether we are simply waiting for this to resolve itself, as the current pace of progress is highly unsatisfactory.Most of us couldn’t care less about the app or website but not having in game market access has annoying to say the least. For me personally it’s been almost a month of having the game with no confirmation of fix in sight.

I don't have an update on the issue with completing the Foundation objectives not unlocking the market. This is still being investigated.
Having no timeline or answers for this bug with posts about this from other people dating back over a month ago now is crazy to me. Still “investigating” the issue for this long with no legitimate update for the player base is a problem
why not just manually unlock it for people having this issue?

It's the only response I have for you currently. We have to get the Foundation bug fixed first. Without that working, the market won't unlock on the app.

Will this issue be resolved soon? With TOTY just around the corner, this matter is becoming increasingly urgent. No offense to you personally, but it feels like there has been little progress beyond the status of "being investigated." If you and your colleagues act as intermediaries between us and the team responsible for fixing the bug, I strongly encourage you to escalate this matter. It’s clear that it needs more attention to ensure a timely resolution. For your reference, the issue affects the transfer market in both the game and the app.
