BUDGET AND MONEY FOR TRANSFERS PROBLEMS

Hello, at the beginning of career mode there is not a single euro of budget, and no amount appears when making transfers.
All the money in the game has disappeared. Nothing can be done.
On the other hand, I am also surprised that when it comes to selecting authentic coaches in France there is only one, and in Germany too.
