Call-ups for International Matches

I would like to be able to make a yes/no decision on call-ups to international competitions.

Whenever I participate in an international match, I receive an email from the team manager complaining about my lack of participation in practice.
It is unreasonable for me to receive such an e-mail even though I am supposed to be participating because the team has agreed to it.
