Can not customize my pro face

I used to have a fully customized pro face with the new advanced sculpt tools. After playing for a couple of hours my face is reset to default and locked. None of the facial features can be customized in the menu. I haven’t seen any posts about this issue on any forums or Reddit. EAHelp please assist
