Cannot Report players for Cheating in Clubs?

I was play with friends in Pro Clubs last night and we came across a team that had all stats maxed out at 99. This is impossible without cheating.

Thankfully we managed to scrape a win by holding possession however, when we all went to report the team for cheating, there was no option.

We were only able to report players for offensive names/club names, there is no option whatsoever for cheating. Even when checking the FAQ, there is no option related to CHEATING/HACKING.

The team in question "Gooner Gang", had played 150+ games, meaning there is likely a lot of instances of this cheating/hacking without action.

The 3 players that were involved in the game with hacked stats are attached in the screenshot.

I will add that i reported them for offensive names (only option available) and all predictively came back with no action being taken.
