I’m experiencing automatic substitutions in FC 25

Question

Hello! Please I play manager career mode on fc 25 in tactical view….. Most of the times after half time the AI just subs one or two of my players off even without me touching anything…. This is very frustrating as you can’t even know who would be subbed off until you start second half…. It doesn’t even show on team management that a player has been removed….. Please I need help as I’m already battling with other bugs, I can’t add this to the ones I’m trying to endure

I am also having this issue. One time, every time I checked my Team Management, it would sub off players and change my tactics until finally all of my players had been subbed, and when I went back in game, they were all stuck in a corner, and the game crashed.&nbsp;

I still don’t know how and why people haven’t made this obvious. Cos even with all the title updates it still hasn’t been fixed. These days I try to avoid opening team management at half time but sometimes it still sub some players off and change tactics for me…. This bug is an issue
