Career Mode - Can't change player position to CDM

Thought that maybe I couldn't change a certain player, but it's with most players. From the development section, to change any player position to CDM isn't an option, it works sometimes if the player...

Reported this as a bug last week. It seems that for some positions you can't change players to play at centre back or CDM. It seems to apply if they are a full back for both CB and CDM, and then they cannot be trained at CB if a CDM and vice versa. 

Though I have seen the odd time where I have been able to do it. Very annoying given the reliance on player roles this year
