Career Mode - Only 7 Bench Players in Live Start Point on PS5 (Should Be 9!)"

I'm playing Career Mode on PS5 using Live Start Point, but I only get 7 bench players instead of 9.

I've reinstalled the PS5 version, updated squads, tried different teams and accounts - still the same.

Others in my region get 9 subs.

Please help.
