Career mode bug!!!

I love career mode and it’s part of the whole reason I play this game! Loved the updates this year and although it took some getting used to, the new set out too. But I’ve encountered a really annoying bug/issue with development plans: There is NO WAY AT ALL TO IMPROVE PENALTIES OR FREE KICK ACCURACY!!! . It’s such a let down for when I have very good youth academy players for example with dead ball- developed into dead ball+ - but they only have free kick accuracy in the range of 40-60, like if they are a master of the dead ball, why have they got no accuracy? And when I have strikers I have developed for seasons upon seasons, they only have 50-60 penalties?! Like what? It’s just an extreme annoyance to lose on penalties 9 times out of 10 as I take the penalty what I think is perfectly then it is rocketed against the post or just wide. Or another example could be when I lost a champions league final as in the 89th minute my youth academy cam with dead ball + takes a free kick (not to gloat as I am quite good at free kicks so when I powered up and aimed to perfection) it dips over the wall and into the keepers gloves it brought me a feeling of robbery and disheart. I’m just asking politely as a loyal customer if this could be patched in a small update EA, thanks so much and love the game apart from this. :)
