Career Mode Crashing

I’ve had a career mode save since the start of live points has become a thing and I’m in my 2nd or 3rd season was really starting to get into it and now everytime I try loading up the save my whole game crashes every single time I’ve tried uninstalling I’ve tried clearing cache I’ve tried updating everything and nothing restarted my console (Xbox Series X) nothing works has anyone found a way to fix this also I was going to start a new live mode career with Manchester United but it won’t even give me the option to
