CAREER MODE FEATURE (SUGGESTIONS)
In EA FC 25 we've seen the addition of background mode before the start of the career mode, you can start as a son of a former football star and all of that.
But then I was playing a game called Suzerain and I found something. They have this intro text story that gives a background of the game, and I was suggesting that it gets introduced in FC 26.
Before the start of a player or manager career mode. The text story could start like this, (This is just an example, and if you started the career mode with the player's name as Michael Smith, and age as 16, and player position as Goalkeeper and Nationality as England )
2009: Michael Smith is born in London.
2017: He had incredible Goalkeeping skills and he played as a Goalkeeper in his school team and in the same year his parents enrolled him in [Team choice - it could be Arsenal or any other club based on user's choice] academy.
2019: He was so good as a Goalkeeper and he helped his team win the youth championship in his country.
2021: He continued to impress and the coaches at Arsenal U18 looked to promote him. (I took it as the user chose Arsenal).
2023: He officially joined Arsenal U-18, and that year he helped Arsenal U-18 win the FA Youth Cup and the UEFA youth league.
2023: His name became popular among scouts in Europe and several teams gave him offer to come to their academy [So in that case the user can choose to remain in Arsenal or move to another club of his choice]
2024: He received a chance to play in the first team in Arsenal's pre season games and in the FA Cup third round tie, becoming the youngest to feature in that tournament.
2024: He got a call up to represent England in the U-17 world cup. They won it and he won the golden glove
2025: At age 16, he is officially added to the first team.
[Then your career mode starts]
The story can be modified in anyway, I think if it starts this a lot of career mode gamers can feel that they actually played academy football and also it will help them feel personalised in the game
