Career mode not loading

I’ve been doing a Lorient career mode for the last week or so that I’m really enjoying. Last week I encountered a bug where I am unable to load into that specific career mode save, although it allows me to load into every other save. There is a pop up from ps5 saying “there was a problem loading your game.” Then it asks me to submit a report on it on the ps5. I’ve reported this incident over 5 times trying to load into this career mode save and it’s still the same pop up. I would really like this resolved as it’s just not letting me play save that I would like to. Please help anyone if you have encountered this.
