Clubs player faces not changing EA FC 25

Anyone got a solve for this? My clubs players face is permanently stuck as a bald white guy, with the only changes I can make to him being his Eye colour and Arm/Leg complexion. I also cannot enter a name for him and his shirt number is bugged out. It was all fine on Friday and Saturday of Early Access release but stopped working since. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, as well as deleting my pro's save in game.
