Custom Tactics for Career Mode

Is anyone else dealing with custom tactics being reset to default when starting a manager mode or myplayer? 

For example I made custom tactics for City and Madrid to try to make them play as realistic as possible but when I start my player career I'm noticing that the game resets the custom tactics back to default.
