EA FC 25 Receive Management rights

I created a club a couple of weeks ago, but I left it to play with another club of my friends.
Therefore, the management was passed to somebody who wasn't playing actively anymore.
I joined back the club I created but I don't have the management rights anymore. The guy who has the management rights hasn't been online for a while, so he can't give me them. Is there any way to get back my management rights without having him involved?
