Fatigue in career mode

I’ve started a new career mode, where I’ve created a team, I’ve signed new players I’ve used in the past and most of the team has fatigue below 50% by half time. I use the same tatics and set up for the team, I’ve gone through settings, but don’t know why it’s doing this ?
