FUT champs robbing me

With one of the several updates that have occurred over the past month or two, one of the patch notes said that if opponent quits when it’s a draw then we will get the W, so why don’t I get it? What makes it worse is this is literally unplayable, it nerfs your players in unpredictable ways every game, sometimes the passing will be way off, sometimes they’ll be running like they have bricks attached to them. There’s so many things wrong with this game when it comes to online play.
