Game searching in clubs leaves behind a player

It's becoming more of a recurring problem that when we, a team of 3, search for a game, one of us who isn't captain is left behind in lobby whilst the other 2 enter the game. It's a joke. The money spent on, and put into this game by everyone, year after year, and we're still having problem like this.

It's also pathetic that this is the only way of reporting a problem.
