Games not counting: "error communicating with EA servers" at end of match

I’m on Xbox Series X and this is now happening more than ever. Just played 3 matches and won all 3 and disconnected us all from clubs after the final whistle. Only ever happens to us after we win and not draw or loss. Getting fed up with it now so probably going to give up clubs.
