Games not counting: "error communicating with EA servers" at end of match

it’s quite obvious they don’t care, the glitch in september when players played in random positions upset me and they kept on promising a fix and then banned me on forums as i kept on asking 

Agian this glitch is awful, yes it’s quite rare but still affects game play as we’ve probably had 20 wins at 60 goals not count since the new year 

But seeing as ultimate team is the money maker they will keep on enticing children to buy packs
