Games not counting: "error communicating with EA servers" at end of match

Yes, we are having the same issue on PS5. However it only happens when we win the final promotion match. Has happened the last four times we clinched promotion. Really frustrating.

    same thing happened to us on ps5. got promoted to d2 and it kicked us from servers. embarrassing game. embarrassed i continue to play it
