Gap between weak and strong team too big?

HI,

Starting my second carrer manager with FC 25, i feel like the gap between a weak team(or player) and a strong one is too big.

For example, with AS ROMA, I am winning quite easily 95% of my games, until I'm facing INTER MILAN where I loose.

When my team will improve, I will eventually beat Inter, but for sure will get bored for all the others matchs...

With Fifa 23, It was the contrary, it was quite hard to beat weak team. But now, I feel like this is the opposite.

Any others players experiencing that?

Can sliders improve this?
