Help Us Enhance AI Players in Clubs

most players play out of position 

I’ve been on to ea now for 2 weeks and no change has happened 

This is now robbery from ea as we are losing matches and it’s totally ea’s fault as our Lb is rm and can’t defend as well 

This happens for every match 

Ai players can’t be saved for increase priority 

After increasing priority nothing happens 

So our first choice CM, first choice CAM, etc is always first choice and can never be dropped 

Again if we have certain players who use different ai players who use different feet this affects gameplay

 We both know if this was ultimate team a fox would be done by now, it’s getting to the point now where it all customers deserve a full refund as the game isn’t built for purpose

Have you noticed every GK is also Asian? Even after editing, it defaults back to Asian

My team has the exact same issue from the start. We play 4 2 3 1. RB is played by a 3rd CB, LB is played by a RM. CAM is played by a CAM, ST and LM. Striker is played by a CAM and both CDMs are played by CMs. So we don't even have a LB or RB on the pitch at all. Meaning all of our team except the CB position, GK and 1 CAM are in the wrong position. Because of this none of the players can play any of the play styles correctly so the game mode is essentially broken because of it.

We are unable to move any players around in game also, if you move people in game, it doesn't register

Is there any update on a fix for this and are any of us going to be compensated for it? I paid £100 to play primarily Clubs and the game mode doesn't work anywhere close to what it should be doing...

Also why cant we choose how many bots are up for corners anymore? 

AI Player Editing: We have edited 12 AI players 

Faces and Accessories: None of the faces look exactly like they are designed. Some are worse than others but unsure why. We have a 6'3" CB and a 5'9" CAM who both appear Asian when in the game despite that not being their ethnicity. I've attached pictures of what they look like when in the Customize AI section but don't have pictures of them in the games. 

Accessories Impact: Our players don't have any purchased accessories added to them. Some have wristbands or gloves but some don't. The issue happens to all of them regardless of their accessories. 

Club Members' Experience: Yes, it is the same for all of us that play

Purchased Items: No, we haven't bought anything extra 

Consistency: Yes, it happens 100% of the time. It never worked correctly. 

The issue: We pay a 4-2-3-1 formation with two CDMs (LDM and RDM) and three CAMs (LAM, CAM, RAM). My Pro is a CAM but when I play as 'ANY' it puts him in LB. We have an AI RB as first choice, but instead of playing him it plays our first choice CB in RB. In CB we then have our second and third choice CBs. We also have two AI CDMs as first and second priority, but instead it plays two AI CMs which we haven't created or edited. One of these CMs is first choice and the other is third choice. 

If we play with three of us, with me as ANY and the other two as ST and CAM, it plays our second choice CM in RM and our first choice CAM in LAM. 

In addition to the positional errors, none of the AI faces look exactly how they're designed. Some look similar whereas others look completely different. Also, we've noticed quite a few glitches in the actual games. For example, the referee disappearing and being replaced by a floating spray canister that draws the free kick lines. Or the referee looks spray painted silver. Overall, it's a mess and embarrassing that the game could be released with this many errors and cost so much.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1: Create avatars, customise their face sliders, play a match and see that the faces of the AI ​​players are not how I edited them.
2: Create Tactics and actually play a match of Clubs.
3: Go to “Assignments” and observe the lack of options to assign Corner Kick Instructions like in the Base Game.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1: AI Avatars that I've edited the faces of, all end up looking not the way I edited them, I think it's replacing all the characters I've used advanced slider on with one of the preset faces.
2: Depending on formation, half your AI are in the wrong positions, CDMs at LR/RB, CAMs at CM, CMs at CDM.
3: You can’t assign Corner Kick Instructions to Team Mates or AI players.
What should be happening instead? 1: They should look like the faces I made.
2: The players should be in the correct positions and should appear with the positions according to the formation i chose.
3: An option should be available to assign Corner Kick Instructions to Real and AI players.
