Link to account

My son Mika have been playing on FC Mobile several months, and now since the new FC mobile will be released tomorrow i have to link to my EA account. But if i go to settings i dont have link to account!! Because he is under age, he is 7 years old but he liked play on it and of course under my supervision!! He cried a lot because i don't know what to do...

How can i link it to my EA account to let him not loose his team?
