Loading career from Checkpoint doesn't work

@EA_Pulsar Hi, I don't think it's the same problem. I forgot to say I'm playing on PC, so I don't know if people on console have the same problem.
It's a problem for console as well, I accidentally overwrote a manager career save so I tried to load my recent checkpoint to regain my progress but get stuck on a blank menu. Hoping for a patch soon.
