I’m a passionate Career Mode player, and I really want the mode to reflect the real challenges and depth of football management. To do that, please focus on these key areas:

• A realistic budget system that forces managers to manage wages, transfers, and youth development carefully, like real clubs do—no unlimited spending or unrealistic funds.
• A dynamic social media and media system that influences player morale, fan reactions, board confidence, and overall pressure on the manager and team.
• An improved training system that allows detailed control over player development, including tailored coaching, injury management, and measurable growth impacting performances.
• A deep player behavior and morale system including agent involvement, contract negotiations, player ambitions, and demands that reflect real-world scenarios.
• A robust academy and youth development process that lets managers scout, develop, and promote young players realistically over multiple seasons, reflecting the patience and strategy involved in nurturing future stars.

Right now, Career Mode feels simplified and disconnected from how real football clubs operate day-to-day.

Offering a choice between a Casual Mode and a Realistic/In-Depth Mode would allow all types of players to enjoy the game on their terms.

Please prioritize these changes to bring Career Mode to life and make it worth the price for dedicated managers.
