Manager Career Mode Bug

Career Mode: 

when in Manager career mode, after a youth scout comes back with a list of youth players. When you click to view them my game says “null/void” or “not found” and it doesn’t show any youth players whatsoever. This makes it literally impossible to do a road to glory series or for me to scout any youth players at all.
