Manager career mode screen turning black

I have tried playing maneter career mode for the sp the past month I don’t seem to finish the game because either at Half time the screen turns black and when I pause the game and try to go back it just freezes or when I get to play the full game it freezes in the menu where it shows the matchday results I play on pc and please fix this issue ea has anyone else experienced this issue ?
