Manager outfit customisation - bit of an odd decision by EA

i have a Manager Career at the minute where I decided that my manager was going to wear a hat as part of his outfit. After the last update however, I had gone into Edit Manager to change his look and noticed that his avatar looked bald. I thought this may have just been a glitch so I came out and went back in to that menu to find it was still like that. It seems that EA have decided to remove all of the hats from the customisation menu. It doesn't really affect the gameplay or anything like that, but I thought that it was a bit of an odd decision to make when there are so many other parts of the game that actually need to be addressed (like the numerous missing 3rd kits, incorrect kits already in game, the fact that for some reason it is really difficult to change formation mid-game etc.).
