Message's for Women's Career Mode
I noticed that the messages in the Manager Career when Playing under women's teams, they still say "he" and "son" even when referring to women. To be honest, it's not only disrespectful to the player...

When offered a national team manager position the following message says that E.g. France men's national team wants you to be manager but when accepted the team is the female team and not the men as described.

Me too. I'm not sure it specifically said MEN in my offer, but getting an offer from Argentina was a pretty big deal, quite a standout from the offers I got from Qatar, New Zealand, Northern Ireland and Iceland (reloaded game a number of times in an attempt to get a specific job). However, when agreeing to the Argentina job, it was apparently the female job I was offered. The game should make this more obvious.
