Missed content

I haven’t got the right rewards from squad battles since I started playing the game this yr. I had over 20,000 points and I got elite 3 tier rewards when I should’ve got elite 1 tier rewards. It’s happened multiple times and I’ve tried reaching out to EA multiple times and nothing has happened.
