My character is not moving while playing FC 25 Clubs

Note, I tried the arm in more than one game and it works without any problems. When I play without an arm, I have the same problem as in Fifa Clubs. My character does not move or if it moves, it runs to one side and gets stuck or suddenly breaks down while moving normally.
