No Game Settings Options When Going From Player to Manager Career

When retiring as a player and then going into manager career you do not have the option to setup your settings.

Training, Transfers, and General/Board Settings are all locked and cannot be changed.

Like regular manager career these options should ideally show up right before or right after you choose your club that you are going to manage. It completely defeats the point of all of these new options being added to the game if you cannot change or access them.
