No tattoos in career mode when creating your player

Where are the tattoos in PCM??? IT WAS A FEATURE Advertised LAST YEAR NOW ITS GONE???? CM: Edited to update thread title to include more context

Thank you for reporting the issue with the Tattoos tab not being available in character customization. I'll forward it to the relevant team for review. I'll let you know once we have more information to share.

      New tattoos have now been added to unlock through the FCHub but still not available at all for player career, why not unlockable for both?

    5 months and the problem is still there? 
    It’s only accesable if you dont  sign in to the ea servers???
