Players being removed and not seeing the rating of players in the transfer menu

Some players have been removed from career mode, a few with reasons and a few without including Jayden Danns and i'm wondering why. Also i have noticed that when you look for players on the transfermarket in career mode, also with your youth academy, their ratings aren't showing anymore like it did before, now it's just their potential or a few stats. Why did ea make these changes?
