Playoffs Match Issue – Match Recorded as Draw

Hi all,

Yesterday, my team and I were playing Clubs playoffs. During one of our matches, our opponent left the game while the score was still 0-0. We returned to the lobby and noticed that the match was recorded as a draw. As far as we know, draws aren't supposed to happen in playoffs, so we’re unsure how this was even possible.

This result affected our record unfairly — it now shows as 19-1-0, even though we didn’t actually lose or complete that match. We believe this is a mistake and would really appreciate any help in resolving it.

Is there any way to have the match removed or replayed? We’re aiming to finish at the top, and this result is holding us back.
