Pro Club is unplayable with terrible optimization

Hi, the following topic is really concerning me and has been letting me down the most in the latest game (EA FC 25)
Pro Clubs is unplayable, the sttutering and the input delay are beyond optional to play and have the minimum fun with friends...
I have an AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3975WX 32-Cores with RTX3080 and only EA FC 25 is the problamatic game for me when it comes to performance.
The display settings is bad, I found out that changing the settings while in game, breaks the quality even more, v-sync is broken, fps limitation is broken, I really have no idea what to do anymore, I was not even able to run ,MSI Afterburner monitoring on that game for analaizing.
Am I the only one who is having those issues on PC?
